This Acceptable Use Policy / Terms of Use applies to your use of the Fanz Guide website, mobile application, preview pages, paid plans, digital guides, alerts, tools, links, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

3. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

- Share your paid account login with others

- Introduce malware, viruses, harmful code, spam, phishing attempts, or abusive traffic
- Interfere with another user’s access to the Service

4. PAID CONTENT RESTRICTIONS

Paid content is for your personal use only.

You may not:

- Share paid access with unauthorized users
- Post paid content publicly
- Copy or redistribute paid guides
- Screenshot, record, copy, or reproduce paid content for public or commercial sharing
- Sell, rent, lend, sublicense, or transfer paid access
- Use paid content to recreate Fanz Guide or build a competing service
- Bypass payment, subscription, or plan controls
- Use another person’s account without permission
- Create multiple accounts to avoid payment, restrictions, limits, or enforcement actions

5. ACCOUNT USE

If you create an account, you are responsible for all activity under your account.

You agree to:

- Use accurate account information
- Keep your login details secure
- Not share your password or account access
- Not sell, transfer, or assign your account
- Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access
- Use only payment methods you are authorized to use

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if we suspect unauthorized use, fraud, abuse, payment issues, security risk, or violation of this policy.

- Claim false affiliation with third parties
- Mislead users about tickets, bookings, transportation, events, hotels, restaurants, bars, venues, or official sources

Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and the third party.

8. NO UNAUTHORIZED DATA COLLECTION

You may not collect, extract, copy, download, store, monitor, or use data from the Service in bulk without written permission.

This includes:

- Listings
- Guides
- Categories
- Routes
- Alerts
- Pricing information
- Restaurant or bar data
- Hotel-area guidance
- Event information
- Watch spot information
- Safety information
- User content
- Screenshots or copied page content
- Database structure
- App design or layout

Manual copying, automated scraping, data mining, or repeated extraction is prohibited.

9. NO SECURITY ABUSE

You agree not to:

- Test, scan, or probe the vulnerability of the Service without permission
- Attempt to access private systems or admin areas
- Attempt to interfere with website, app, server, database, or network security
- Attempt to bypass authentication or authorization controls

10. NO MISLEADING USE

You may not use Fanz Guide in a way that suggests you are officially connected with Fanz Guide unless we have given written permission.

You may not claim that Fanz Guide is officially affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any event organizer, stadium, team, sponsor, tourism board, government agency, transit agency, hotel, restaurant, bar, airline, airport, or third-party provider unless that relationship is clearly confirmed by Fanz Guide.

11. ENFORCEMENT

We may investigate suspected violations of this policy.

If we believe you violated this policy, we may take action, including:

- Warning you
- Removing content
- Restricting features
- Suspending your account
- Terminating your account
- Blocking access
- Refusing future service
- Cancelling access to paid features
- Reporting unlawful activity to authorities
- Taking legal action where appropriate

We are not required to provide notice before taking action.

12. NO REFUND FOR VIOLATIONS

If your account is suspended, restricted, or terminated because you violated this policy or our Terms of Service, you may lose access to paid features.

Except where required by law, we are not required to provide a refund, credit, or compensation for access lost because of misuse, fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, scraping, unauthorized sharing, or violation of Fanz Guide policies.
